Use only fresh roasted coffee. |

Use great tasting water that is heated to at least 195* but not more than 205*. |

Use the right amount, two tablespoons of grounds to every six ounces of
water. |

The right grind of coffee for your maker, usually a medium grind is best. For stronger coffee you can use more grounds and a slightly finer grind. If coffee is bitter it is usually to fine of grind or bad tasting water. |

Don't let coffee sit on burner, put coffee in a carafe or so that it won't burn. |
